Small group training is a fun, affordable way to workout alongside an intimate group of co-workers, peers, or friends. Our small group personal training programs are great for businesses, church groups, women’s groups, or any organization that’s looking for guidance when it comes to movement.
You can come to us or we’ll come to you! We understand it can be tough to get a group together and are happy to bring equipment to your location if desired. We typically ask for a 4-6 week commitment for small group personal training plans.
